2023 Winter Movement Workshop

Come join us for a Winter Movement Workshop in Goodyear, Arizona on Saturday, February 11th, 2023! This workshop is designed to teach you how to find and utilize parkour spots in the area, as well as how to train outside on your own in the winter months. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a variety of exercises and techniques to help improve your movement skills, build creativity and awareness, and push your limits.

We'll focus on challenging your mind and body with exercises that will help you think outside the box, and develop a heightened sense of awareness in your movements. We want to inspire you to approach your training with a renewed sense of creativity and curiosity.
