About the event
In 2019 I hosted the winter movement workshop and had a huge success taking students out in the nature for parkour and adventuring. It's time to bring that back and get you all moving around outside again. This will be a two-day event with day one focusing on nature and day two focusing on urban environments. I will be guiding you through some of my favorite nature and urban spots teaching how to train parkour in multiple environments and styles. I will be supplying basic snacks like fruit and granola bars. Please bring your own water and food if needed.
