Our program is designed to help you overcome fear and get comfortable taking risks, all in a fun, supportive environment. Cancellation Policy
Monthly Membership Policy 1. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver Parkour is an inherently physical activity that involves risks, including the potential for injury. By enrolling in our monthly membership, all participants and their guardians (if applicable) acknowledge and accept these risks. Citi Limits Parkour and its staff are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during participation in classes, events, or activities. Participants agree to adhere to safety instructions and use provided equipment responsibly. 2. Scheduling and Rescheduling Rescheduling Policy: To reschedule a lesson, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Failure to provide notice will result in the lesson being marked as completed and cannot be rescheduled. Cancellation Policy: For cancellations, a minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required. If notice is not provided within this timeframe, the lesson will be marked as completed and cannot be rescheduled. 3. Refund Policy Refunds are available only before the 3rd class of the membership cycle. After the 3rd class, no refunds will be issued. In the event of an approved refund, the amount will be prorated based on the number of days or lessons used within the membership period. All refund requests must be submitted in writing via [email/other method] and are subject to review and approval by management. 4. Acknowledgment of Policies By enrolling in our monthly membership, you agree to abide by these policies.
