Daily Focus

At Blue Band and above, we take your growth to the next level by breaking classes down even further. With sessions twice a week, each day offers a focus designed to maximize your development. On Day 1, we concentrate on Strength, Mobility, and Body Control, ensuring you build a solid foundation. Day 2 dives into Technical Breakdown and Mental Challenges, pushing your skills and mindset to new heights.
