Elevating our fundamentals to new heights is where the real challenge begins. As we transition from the ground to elevated obstacles, we embrace the increased risk and mental demands that come with it. Rest assured, our unwavering commitment to safety and structure remains at the forefront of every ascent Together, we will conquer these heights with confidence and precision.

Jumping

Elevate your jumping skills to a whole new level with our expert guidance. Here, we focus on mastering power control, precise aim, distance assessment, and seamless transfer. Wall Skills 

Enhance your wall skills and elevate your climbing game! Our program focuses on mastering the essential techniques of climbing up, down, and across walls, including redirecting, hanging, and traversing. Whether you're tackling heights or making swift lateral movements, we equip you with the confidence to conquer any wall obstacle. Join us and take your skills to the next level!   

Swinging

Welcome to a premier swinging experience designed for young athletes. Our program focuses on advanced techniques, from powerful vertical swings to controlled horizontal ones, ensuring your child develops essential skills for competition. Guided by expert coaches, your child will gain confidence and mastery, preparing them to take on any challenge.

Vaulting 

Vaults are like the climbing technique's little brother, perfect for those 2-4 ft obstacles. They require a dynamic use of your hands, which should hit first to act as a springboard, propelling you forward or upward. Mastering this technique is all about confidence and precision. Among the favorites in class are the step vault and the kong vault, both of which showcase the skill and agility that makes vaulting so exhilarating.

Flips and Twist

Welcome to Blue Band, where we take your skills to the next level! You've seen the excitement on social media, and now it's time to bring it home. We focus on the fundamentals of flips and twists, from 360s to front and back flips, ensuring every athlete progresses at their own pace. Join us and unleash your potential!

Daily Focus

At Blue Band and above, we take your growth to the next level by breaking classes down even further. With sessions twice a week, each day offers a focus designed to maximize your development. On Day 1, we concentrate on Strength, Mobility, and Body Control, ensuring you build a solid foundation. Day 2 dives into Technical Breakdown and Mental Challenges, pushing your skills and mindset to new heights.
